Styles that are made-to-order will require a production period before shipping. Once ready, all UK orders are delivered by DHL. Shipping typically takes 2–5 working days. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature and image for proof of delivery upon arrival.

If a pre order item is ordered alongside an in stock item, they will both be shipped on the pre order date. If you require your in stock item for an earlier date, please email our team.

EUROPE DELIVERY

Customs and duties are the customer's responsibility. If an item is returned and Khanum’s are issued with an invoice, we will deduct this from your refund amount/credit note. We will communicate this with you, so please ensure refund processes are followed to avoid this. If you need our assistance with organising a collection, just let us know in the request.

US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

Styles that are made-to-order will require a production period before shipping. Once ready, all US/Canada/Rest of The World orders are delivered by DHL. Shipping typically takes 2–5 working days. Delivery includes tracking details and requires a signature and image for proof of delivery upon arrival.

*US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD/INTERNATIONAL deliveries may be forwarded onto 3rd party handlers. Details and tracking for this are always provided in the confirmation of dispatch email. Please contact 3rd party handler to re-arrange delivery if you have missed it.

*Please note Khanum's provide tracking details for every order shipped. We expect customers to use tracking to ensure completed delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 2nd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
*Please note DHL have GPS tracking with their drivers to ensure prevention of lost or delivery to wrong addresses.

Should you fail to accept your delivery we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the items contained in your order and the cost of delivery. If the order is returned to us, you will be eligible for the shipping costs

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please note Khanum's can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance.

Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country.

Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Khanum’s you will be liable for the additional fees charged for return and re-delivery.

For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Please note, we are based in London. If you need an express delivery, we can arrange this for you if you're happy to cover express shipping costs internationally or within the UK. We are also happy to arrange courier deliveries within London.
