Introducing Surya: Designed For Golden Hours

Introducing Surya: Designed For Golden Hours

Some colours ask to be noticed. Others refuse to be ignored.

Surya is a collection built around the colours I grew up with. The burnt orange of terracotta homes. The golden glow of late afternoon light. The rich reds and saffrons woven through celebrations, traditions and everyday life across Bangladesh.

Surya (সূর্য) means sun in Bangla.

This collection is an exploration of warmth, not just as a colour palette, but as a feeling. The kind of warmth that draws people in. The kind carried by women who are confident in who they are and don’t feel the need to make themselves smaller.

Eight dresses sit at the heart of the collection, united by shades of orange, yellow, gold and red. Designed for destination weddings, summer celebrations, evenings abroad and every occasion that deserves something memorable.

Alongside the dresses are resort pieces, including a bikini, cover-up and bandana, all designed within the same colour story. Scarves, earrings and bangles complete the collection, bringing texture, movement and a sense of occasion to every look.

For me, Surya is a reminder of where inspiration often begins. Not on a trend report or a runway. But in the places that shape us.

The colours we grow up surrounded by. The stories we carry with us. The parts of home that find their way into everything we create.

Surya is bold. Warm. Unapologetic.

A celebration of colour, confidence and taking up space.

Launching 4th June, 11 AM BST.
