How does it work?
1. We collect your clothing or other items
Sending your items is easy. List a minimum of three items and we will collect them from your home for free – or you can choose the drop-off service
2. We take care of the listing
Our expert team will look after the photography, product description, pricing and listing of all your items, so you can sit back and relax
3. You are rewarded
Once your item has been sold, choose to receive payment either as NET-A-PORTER store credit – with an extra 10% added – or cash via bank transfer
1. Submit your request
Submit your request and include any items you wish to resell. For iconic handbags, you'll receive an upfront quote indicating how much you can earn. Next, choose between home pickup or drop-off, and pack your items accordingly.
2. We evaluate your items
Our expert team will take care of the photography, pricing and product description. The price of your items are based on an algorithm that takes into consideration market trends, demand and the item’s condition. Following our experts' evaluation, you'll receive a final proposal for your review.
3. You are rewarded
For items that are eligible for Instant Reward, you can choose between receiving store credit right away, or wait until it sells and opt for either store credit with an additional 10% offered by NET-A-PORTER or a bank transfer.

How do you set the price?
The price of each item is based on a pricing algorithm that takes into consideration market trends, demand and the item’s condition. Before anything is listed, you will receive an email with an estimated net payout for your approval – this corresponds to the entire amount you will receive once your item sells, net of all commissions, shipping costs and duties.
What is your commission fee?
We tell you the payout you will receive, net of any commissions, shipping or duty costs – there are no hidden fees or amounts deducted from your payout. When selling in our network of resale channels, we apply a range of transaction fees on top of your payout, which vary by marketplace and geography. These are: resale commission fee, which, combining Reflaunt and the marketplace, adds up to 8-22% (the higher the price, the lower the commission, up to a flat fee of $800 for items priced above $10000), shipping and customs duty fees, depending on the distance between your item and the prospective buyer, and any payment gateway fees charged on the transaction.
What if my items are declined or I don’t accept the price proposal?
Every item is reviewed by our team of experts. If it doesn’t meet our guidelines, we’ll be unable to resell it and we will return it to you. We will charge $15 per item (capped at $45 max) and send it back to you via our courier. If you’d prefer not to receive it, we can donate it to a charity at no additional cost, or recycle it. What is the Smart Pricing tool?
You can select Smart Pricing when you first list your items. This allows the payout to automatically reduce by up to 20% every 45 days, with a maximum price reduction of 3 x 20%
